EPA Region 1 Superfund Record of Decision

Potentially responsible parties, site owners, and state environmental agencies in Region 1 (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont) should review this ROD to understand their compliance obligations.
