What changed

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has issued a notice to update the procedural schedule for Great Lakes Hydro America LLC's (GLHA) applications for new major licenses for the Ripogenus Hydroelectric Project (No. 2572) and the Penobscot Mills Hydroelectric Project (No. 2458). This notice specifically revises the target date for issuing the Notice of Acceptance/Ready for Environmental Analysis from November 2025 to June 10, 2026.
