WHEN: Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 6 p.m. local time WHERE: Bloomington City Hall - Council Chambers (Room #115) 401 North Morton Street, Bloomington, IN 47404 WHY: Bloomington Municipal Water filed a petition before the Commission requesting approval to increase its rates and charges for water service and approval of financing for water system improvements. HOW: During field hearings, ratepayers have the opportunity to speak directly to the Commission or submit written comments. Please note, though, that because this is a pending case, the Commissioners and Judge are not allowed to answer questions or engage in any discussion about the case.
