PacifiCorp Residential Rate Increase Approved
The Oregon Public Utility Commission approved PacifiCorp residential rate adjustments effective April 1, 2026. Albany customers will see a slightly higher increase averaging $5.64 (4.1%) due to underground power line relocation costs. Oregon PGE Residential Rate Increase
