The conference, scheduled for April 23, 2026, via Microsoft Teams, follows the Commission's 2004 order establishing guidelines for OFA cost submissions. The conference will address accepted costs and provide OFAs and licensees an opportunity to discuss reported costs and supporting documentation.\n\nAffected parties including Other Federal Agencies and licensees should note this is an informational proceeding rather than a compliance obligation.
