Pursuant to section 8401 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), NDE requests this extension until September 30, 2027, for administrative and program funds for the following entitlements: Title I, Part A; Title I, Section 1003(a); Title I, Part C; Title I, Part D, Subpart 1 and Subpart 2; Title II, Part A; Title III, Part A; Title IV, Part A; Title IV, Part B; Title V, Part B, Subpart 2; Title VII, Part B. Written comments via mail and email from the public will be accepted from April 28, 2026 – May 27, 2026.
