Nearly 70% of illegal aliens arrested under the Trump administration have pending criminal charges or prior convictions in the U.S.

WASHINGTON –– Yesterday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested criminal illegal aliens convicted of despicable crimes including incest, sexual assault of a child, attempted rape, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

“Yesterday, the heroic men and women of ICE arrested child predators, sex criminals, drug traffickers and other despicable criminals, including one sick individual convicted for *second-degree child molestation** and second-degree incest,”* said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. “These monsters have no place in this country. Under President Trump, if you come to our country illegally and break our laws, we will find you and arrest you. The safety of the American people comes FIRST.”

Yesterday’s arrests include:

Gabriel Garcia-Tapia, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for second-degree child molestation and second-degree incest in Yakima, Washington.

Jose Ordaz-Sanchez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child in Dallas County, Texas.

Hugo Rene Monroy-Giron, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, convicted for attempted rape in Fairfax, Virginia.

Francisco Torres-Angulo, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine in the United States District Court District of Arizona.

Kristian Naveda-Cabrera, a criminal illegal alien from Venezuela, convicted for criminal possession of a firearm in Brooklyn, New York.
