Ειδικότερα, η Αρχή διαπίστωσε ότι στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση η καταγγελλόμενη εταιρεία παραβίασε τις διατάξεις των άρθρων 12 παρ. 1, 2, 3, 4 , 15 και 18 του ΓΚΠΔ, επιβάλλοντας χρηματικό πρόστιμο ύψους τριάντα χιλιάδων (30.000) ευρώ. Περαιτέρω η Αρχή έδωσε εντολή, κατ’ άρθρο 15 παρ. 4 περ. β’ του ν. 4624/2019, στην καταγγελλόμενη εταιρεία να λάβει τα κατάλληλα τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα, ώστε να εξετάζει προσηκόντως και εμπροθέσμως τα δικαιώματα των υποκειμένων των δεδομένων, περιλαμβανομένης και της αποτελεσματικότερης εκπαίδευσης των εκπροσώπων της, παρέχοντας στην Αρχή σχετική τεκμηρίωση εντός εξαμήνου από την κοινοποίηση της παρούσας.
