Ylvisaker, MBE # 42092 ORDER The Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court that Respondent, Paul B. Ylvisaker, was suspended by the Supreme Court of Arizona in IN THE MATTER OF A SUSPENDED MEMBER OF THE STATE BAR OF ARIZONA, PAUL B. YLVISAKER, PDJ 2022-9093.
Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct, and said conduct is a violation of Rules 4-1.8(j), 4-1.7(a)(2) and 8-8.4(d) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct; and
On January 5, 2026, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent to which Respondent filed his response thereto on February 3, 2026.
This Court finds that Respondent has violated the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined.
