BERGERON BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY 615-361-7500 March 5, 2026 SHELBY COUNTY LAWYER TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED On March 5, 2026, the Supreme Court of Tennessee temporarily suspended Mary R. Rudolph from the practice of law upon finding that Ms. Rudolph failed to respond to the Board of Professional Responsibility concerning a complaint of misconduct. Ms. Rudolph is immediately precluded from accepting any new cases, and she must cease representing existing clients by April 4, 2026. After April 4, 2026, Ms. Rudolph shall not use any indicia of lawyer, legal assistant, or law clerk nor maintain a presence where the practice of law is conducted. Ms. Rudolph must notify all clients being represented in pending matters, as well as co-counsel and opposing counsel, of the Supreme Court’s Order suspending her law license.
