Las pruebas presentadas por la Fiscalía General de la Nación permitieron que un juez de conocimiento condenara a la pena de 21 años de prisión a un hombre, por el delito de acceso carnal abusivo con menor de 14 años agravado, del que fue víctima su hijastra.
Los hechos ocurrieron entre 2011 y 2015, en zona rural de Fresno (Tolima), donde residía la niña con su madre y su padrastro. El agresor se aprovechó de la convivencia y abusó sexualmente a la víctima, hasta que tuvo 11 años.
La Fiscalía probó la responsabilidad de este hombre con técnicas investigativas como testimonios de profesionales de la salud que conocieron desde el comienzo lo sucedido.
Durante la lectura de sentencia realizada a finales de marzo, el juez le libró orden de captura para darle cumplimiento a la pena impuesta, la cual se materializó en vía pública de Chaparral por la Policía Nacional.
En la decisión, el juzgado inhabilitó al agresor al ejercicio de cargos y funciones públicas por un lapso de 20 años.
