EOIR to Stop Holding Hearings at the San Francisco Immigration Court's Montgomery Street Location
FALLS CHURCH, Va. - The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) announced today that the San Francisco Immigration Court's Montgomery Street location will no longer hold hearings effective at the close of business on May 1, 2026. Certain cases will be reassigned to the court's nearby Sansome Street location, and all filings for those cases shall be filed at the Sansome Street location beginning May 4,
