EOIR to Stop Holding Hearings at the San Francisco Immigration Court's Montgomery Street Location

FALLS CHURCH, Va. - The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) announced today that the San Francisco Immigration Court's Montgomery Street location will no longer hold hearings effective at the close of business on May 1, 2026. Certain cases will be reassigned to the court's nearby Sansome Street location, and all filings for those cases shall be filed at the Sansome Street location beginning May 4,

  1. EOIR will provide official advance notice to all parties whose cases are reassigned to the court's Sansome Street location. The filing window at the court's Montgomery Street location will remain open until further notice for filings related to any other pending cases on the San Francisco Immigration Court's docket. Information regarding future San Francisco Immigration Court operations will be provided at a later date. Information for the San Francisco Immigration Court is as follows:
