IT IS ORDERED:
- Respondent David M. Freeman is placed on interim suspension from the practice of law in Alaska effective immediately;
- Disciplinary proceedings against David M. Freeman shall proceed as provided in Bar Rule 26(g);
- The clerk of the appellate courts shall send notice of this suspension to the clerks of the state trial courts;
- The Bar Association shall provide the notices required by Bar Rule 28;
- David M. Freeman shall provide the notices required by Bar Rule 28(a) and comply with all other provisions of Bar Rule 28;
- David M. Freeman shall not practice law until reinstated by order of this court;
