(March 10, 2026) - Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today that action by the Attorney General’s Special Prosecutions Unit (SPU) resulted in the indictment of a Western Kentucky man on multiple felony charges including promoting a sexual performance by a minor, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and voyeurism.
A McCracken County Grand Jury indicted Ryan Conn, 41, on two counts of Promoting A Sexual Performance By A Minor Victim Under 16 (Class B Felony), two counts of Promoting A Sexual Performance By A Minor Victim Under 18 (Class C Felony), four counts of Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance By A Minor Victim Under 18 (Class D Felony), Tampering with a Witness (Class D Felony), and Voyeurism (Class A Misdemeanor).
According to the indictment, between July and August 2024, Conn set up a hidden camera in various rooms of his Paducah home including the bathroom and guest room.
