The Commission notes that Maple has no activities in the EEA. The case has been identified as a candidate for treatment under the simplified procedure.

Third parties with observations on the proposed concentration must submit them to the Commission within 10 days of publication. The simplified procedure applies to concentrations that do not raise significant competition concerns and typically involves a shortened review period.
