Chairman Francis C. Lee
Francis C. Lee is President and Chief Executive Officer of First Tower, LLC, a consumer financial services company that owns and operates consumer finance branches and two insurance companies. Franc received a B.B.A. in Banking and Finance from Mississippi State University. Upon graduation, Franc went to work at Tower full-time and became President and CEO in 1999, growing the company from 77 locations to 235 today.
Mr. Lee is the founding President of the National Installment Lenders Association and has served as Chairman of the American Financial Services Association. He is also a Past President of the Mississippi Consumer Finance Association and serves on the Board of the MSU Foundation. He has also served on the boards of the Louisiana Finance Association and Missouri Financial Services Association.
Commissioner Kent Nicaud
Kent Nicaud was appointed as a commissioner of the Mississippi Gaming Commission on March 8, 2023. Mr. Nicaud has worked with Memorial Hospital in Gulfport since 1996, and was named President and CEO in 2018. Commissioner Nicaud has extensive healthcare management experience in both the private sector and non-profit arena, and has held consulting services contracts with hospitals located in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. He attended Tulane University for undergraduate and graduate studies through their executive MBA program.

Jeremy Felder is the Vice President of Chancellor, Inc, a Mississippi based company with Wholesale Electrical Distributors, Lubricants Marketers, and Wholesale and Emergency Fuel Operations, located throughout Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas. Prior to joining Chancellor, Mr. Felder spent 10 years in banking, where he last served as Jones County Market President for The First. Jeremy received a Bachelors Degree in Banking and Finance, as well as, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. Mr. Felder resides in Hattiesburg, Mississippi with his wife Stephanie and two children.
