23 April 2026 The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) urges all establishments to submit their Zakat returns and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) returns for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. The deadline for submission is 30 April 2026.
This deadline is based on Article 102 of the Implementing Regulations of Zakat Collection, which requires the taxpayer to submit the Zakat return and pay the due Zakat amounts within a period not exceeding 120 days from the end of the Zakat year.
