Notice is hereby given that Equitable Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, filed an application to exercise trust powers as defined in the Nebraska Trust Company Act, pursuant to Sections 8- 159 to 8-162.01 of the Nebraska Banking Act.

A hearing on the trust application has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., to be held at the Department of Banking and Finance Conference Room, 1526 K Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Formal objections to the trust application must be submitted to the Department of Banking and Finance no later than the thirtieth day prior to the scheduled hearing date. A copy of the Department's Rules of Procedures are available upon request from the Department.

Written comments regarding the trust application may also be submitted to the Department of Banking and Finance, 1526 K Street, Suite 300, PO Box 95006, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68509. Such comments must be received by the Department prior to the start of the hearing in order to be considered.
