Draft revisions to the Corporate Governance Code

for public consultation

The Financial Services Agency of Japan and Tokyo Stock Exchange have now launched a public consultation on proposed draft revisions to the Corporate Governance Code. Please refer to Material 1, 2 for specific details.

１．Draft revisions to the Corporate Governance Code

The proposed draft is the revised version of the Corporate Governance Code (applicable from 1 June, 2015, revised on 1 June, 2018 and 11 June, 2021).

2． How to submit comments

Responses should be sent by Friday, 15 May 2026 (JST). Please refer to the Tokyo Stock Exchange website
for further details on the submission.
