BdL February 2026 Regulatory Announcements: KYC, Payment Systems, Enforcement

BdL published five regulatory announcements in February 2026. Announcement 975 implements Basic Decision No. 13769 requiring financial institutions, exchange houses, comptoirs, and electronic payment service providers to use standardized KYC forms for cash and exchange transactions under Basic Circular No. 3.
