Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat gegen die DLT Securities GmbH mit Bescheid vom 03. Februar 2026 auf Grundlage des § 56 Absatz 1 Nummer 3 des Gesetzes über das Aufspüren von Gewinnen aus schweren Straftaten (Geldwäschegesetz - GwG) drei Bußgelder in Höhe von insgesamt 140.000 Euro festgesetzt.
