Print 2026-03-27 On March 26, the Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, Martin Galstyan, participated in the ceremonial signing of the loan agreement for financing the “Firebird AI” megaproject. The agreement was concluded among six financial institutions, namely Ardshinbank, Acba Bank, Evocabank, Fastbank, the “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” fund, and the “Amundi-Acba Asset Management” fund.

In his speech, the CBA Governor emphasized that the financing of the “Firebird AI” project demonstrates the qualitative development of Armenia’s banking and financial system, noting that it already possesses sufficient capacity to evaluate and implement projects of such scale and international significance.

At the same time, the Governor reaffirmed the Central Bank’s ongoing efforts to maintain macroeconomic and financial stability, ensuring a reliable, transparent, and predictable regulatory environment, which will serve as a solid foundation for the effective implementation of such strategic investments.
