Summary

The AMF and the ACPR have added 31 new unauthorized websites to their joint blacklist — 16 in the Forex category and 15 in the crypto-asset derivatives category — since the beginning of 2026. The warning is aimed at protecting investors from entities offering foreign exchange and crypto-asset derivative investments without being authorized to do so in France.

“If the intermediary in question does not appear on any of the last lists, we strongly recommend that you should not make use of their services, as they are in breach of the applicable legislation and are not required to comply with basic rules of investor protection, information disclosure and claims handling.”

What changed

The AMF and ACPR jointly updated their public blacklists of unauthorized websites with 31 new entries — 16 Forex and 15 crypto-asset derivatives — identified as offering investments without authorization in France. Investors and regulated entities should treat these blacklists as a compliance reference: any intermediary not appearing on the AMF regafi.fr register, the ORIAS authorized-intermediaries list, or the AMF white list may be operating illegally. The lists are non-exhaustive and are updated regularly as new unauthorized entities emerge.

The AMF and the ACPR warn the public against several entities offering in France investments in the unregulated foreign exchange market (Forex) and in crypto-assets derivatives without being authorized to do so

With the objective of protecting investors, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) regularly update their blacklists of websites identified as offering investments in Forex and in derivative products whose underlying assets include crypto-assets, without being authorized to do so.

Since the beginning of 2026, the AMF and the ACPR have added 16 unauthorised websites in the Forex category and 15 in the crypto-asset derivatives category.

Here is the list of recently identified websites run by unauthorized entities:

| Forex:

Please note that these lists are updated regularly but they are not intended to be complete, as new unauthorized entities appear regularly.

To ensure that the intermediary offering you financial products or services is authorized to operate in France, you may consult the register of authorized investment service providers (https://www.regafi.fr), the list of authorized intermediaries in the financial investment advisor category (FIA) (https://www.orias.fr/search) or the list of crowdfunding service providers (CSP) in France, available in this page of the AMF’s website.

If the intermediary in question does not appear on any of the last lists, we strongly recommend that you should not make use of their services, as they are in breach of the applicable legislation and are not required to comply with basic rules of investor protection, information disclosure and claims handling.
