Transaction Data Processing Systems And Methods Using Numerical Models
Summary
USPTO published patent application US20260099885A1 titled 'Transaction Data Processing Systems And Methods' on April 9, 2026. The application covers methods for processing transaction data using numerical representation generation models and transaction attribute prediction models trained on historical and reconciled financial records. The application (No. 19414561) was filed on December 10, 2025.
What changed
USPTO published a patent application for transaction data processing systems using numerical representation generation models and transaction attribute prediction models. The invention involves determining candidate financial records associated with transactions between accounting entities, generating numerical representations using trained models, and predicting transaction attributes based on reconciled financial record datasets.
Affected parties include financial technology companies, software developers, and financial institutions developing AI-based transaction processing systems. Patent applicants should ensure applications meet all formal requirements. This publication does not grant patent rights but establishes prior art for competing applications.

Abstract
A method comprises: determining a candidate financial record associated with a transaction between a first accounting entity and a second entity; determining, using a numerical representation generation model, a numerical representation of the candidate financial record, the numerical representation generation model having been trained on a corpus generated from historical transaction records; providing, to a transaction attribute prediction model, the numerical representation of the candidate financial record, the transaction attribute prediction model having been trained using a dataset of previously reconciled financial records, each associated with a respective first transaction attribute; determining, by the transaction attribute prediction model, at least one first transaction attribute associated with the candidate financial record.
