Kitchen Appliance Shelving and Racks From China - Antidumping Duty Order Continuation
Summary
The US International Trade Commission issued a notice continuing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China following its third five-year review under section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930. The Commission determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time. This affects importers and domestic manufacturers of these products.
What changed
The USITC issued a final determination in Investigation Nos. 701-TA-458 and 731-TA-1154 (Third Review) continuing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China. The Commission's determination was filed on March 30, 2026, and published in the Federal Register on April 1, 2026 (91 FR 16228). This five-year review was expedited per the earlier determination published February 9, 2026.
Domestic importers and manufacturers of kitchen appliance shelving and racks should note that the existing duty orders remain in effect. No new compliance actions are required as this is a routine continuation of existing trade remedies. Parties affected by these orders should continue to pay applicable antidumping and countervailing duties on imports from China.
