The IBBI has released a Discussion Paper proposing amendments to the Voluntary Liquidation Process Regulations, 2017, in response to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Act, 2026. Criminal Justice Bill Creates Fast-Track Procedure for Admitted Crimes
