Privacy Act of 1974 Matching Program with Fiscal Service

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has published a notice announcing a new matching program with the Bureau of the Fiscal Service. This program will allow SSA to access Savings Securities data to verify financial status for Medicare Part D low-income subsidy eligibility. The comment period ends March 16, 2026.
