OneRD Guaranteed Loan Regulation Technical Amendments
The USDA's Rural Development agencies have issued technical amendments to the OneRD Guaranteed Loan Program final rule. These corrections address an incorrect definition of 'affiliate' and reinstate an erroneously removed definition for 'commercially available'. The amendments are effective December 11, 2025.
