Presidio Trust Privacy Act System of Records Notice
The Presidio Trust is establishing a new system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974 for its Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) Program. This system will collect license plate data, vehicle information, and capture times and locations to assist with investigations and crime prevention.
