FAR Rule: Trade Agreements Thresholds Updated
The FAR Council has issued a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to incorporate revised thresholds for the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. These updated thresholds are effective March 13, 2026.
