DOL Extends Comment Period for Rescinding E.O. 11246 Regulations

The U.S. Department of Labor has extended the public comment period for its proposed rule to rescind Executive Order 11246 regulations. The comment period, originally closing September 2, 2025, is now extended to September 17, 2025. This notice does not grant further extensions.
