USDA Proposes Biobased Items for Federal Procurement
The USDA is proposing to amend its Guidelines for Designating Biobased Products for Federal Procurement. The proposed rule would add 14 new product categories for which biobased products would receive federal procurement preference, along with minimum biobased content requirements for each.
