Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon Burn Scar Project Watershed Plan EIS Notice

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has issued a Notice of Intent to prepare a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon Burn Scar Project in New Mexico. The PEIS will examine alternatives to address flooding, sedimentation, and water quality issues on private lands affected by the fire.

Urban Agriculture Grants: Request for Comment

The USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service is requesting public comment on a revision to an approved information collection for the Urban Agriculture and Innovative Production Grant. The comment period closes on March 23, 2026. This revision updates reporting requirements for grant recipients.
