Privacy Act System of Records Rescindment by MSPB

The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) is proposing to rescind a government-wide system of records titled 'MSPB/GOVT—1, Appeals and Case Records.' This action is being taken because the system does not meet the definition of a government-wide system. A new internal system will cover the same information.
