USDA FPAC Request for Comments on New Federal Award Monitoring Form

The USDA's Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) is requesting public comments on a new information collection request for the FPAC Federal Award Performance Monitoring and Reporting Form. This form will support performance measurement for federal awards and replace the discontinued Standard Form (SF) Performance Progress Report.
