Apparel Imports from Sub-Saharan Africa Duty-Free Cap Set

CAFTA-DR Textile Provision: Addition of Monofilament Yarn

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has determined that certain 100 percent monofilament yarn is not available in commercial quantities in CAFTA-DR countries. This product will be added to Annex 3.25 of the CAFTA-DR in unrestricted quantities, effective July 23, 2025.
