MARAD Notice on Foreign-Built Vessel Coastwise Trade Use

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to allow a foreign-built vessel to operate in U.S. coastwise trade. MARAD will determine if this use would adversely affect U.S. vessel builders or businesses using U.S.-built vessels.
