Proposed Rule: Definition of Minor Child for Form LM-30

Labor proposes extending information collection for labor organization reports

The U.S. Department of Labor is proposing to amend information collection requests for labor organization reports, specifically revising filing thresholds for Forms LM-2, LM-3, and LM-4. The Department is also proposing to amend the definition of 'minor child' on the Form LM-30 report. Public comments are requested by October 24, 2025.
