DoD Final Rule on Cooperation with Special Counsel Removed

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule removing a regulation concerning cooperation with the Office of Special Counsel (OSC). This removal is because the regulation no longer reflects current policy and is being replaced by a DoD directive. The rule does not impose new obligations on the public and is effective March 4, 2026.
