DFC Information Collection Renewal - Personal Identification Form

The Development Finance Corporation (DFC) has issued a notice requesting public comment on the renewal of its existing Personal Identification Form (DFC-006). This form is used for Know Your Customer procedures and due diligence reviews for projects supported by the DFC. The agency estimates 1,100 respondents annually, with each taking approximately 1 hour to complete.
