In June 2025, National Gas Transmission submitted an application for a direction to modify the outputs, delivery dates, and allowances set out in Appendix 2 of Special Condition 3.11, Compressor Emissions Re-opener and Price Control Deliverable.
This consultation sets out our assessment of the evidence presented in the application and the various factors we have considered in reaching our minded-to position.
