COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION In the Matter of:

O R D E R The Commission, on its own motion, finds that this proceeding should be dismissed without prejudice. On March 19, 2025, Ledbetter Sewer District (Ledbetter District) filed a notice of intent to file an application for a rate adjustment pursuant to 807 KAR 5:076 using electronic filing procedures. On April 24, 2025, Ledbetter District tendered an incomplete application. By letter dated April 25, 2025, the Commission

rejected Ledbetter District's application for filing deficiencies but allowed Ledbetter District

ten days from the date of the letter to cure the deficiencies. More than 11 months have now passed, and Ledbetter Water District has not filed the application. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is dismissed without prejudice and

removed from the Commission's docket.
