The Commission has decided to close the formal investigation procedure under Article 108(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, initiated on 1 July 2019 (1) in respect of the measure referred to above, recording that Spain has withdrawn its notification on 28 January 2026 and will not pursue this aid project further.
