Announcement The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council’s member agencies are making changes to the Uniform Bank Performance Report’s (UBPR) commercial bank peer group population definitions on or shortly after February 26, 2026. These changes, being led by the Task Force on Surveillance Systems, are part of the review of commercial bank peer groups initiated in 2025.
