Apparel Imports from Sub-Saharan Africa Duty-Free Cap Set
The U.S. Department of Commerce has published the new 12-month cap for duty- and quota-free apparel imports from Sub-Saharan Africa under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA). For the period of February 3, 2026, through December 19, 2026, this limit is set at 267,063,493 square meters equivalent.
