Office of Administration Removes Regulations to Align Policy with Law

The Executive Office of the President's Office of Administration is removing certain regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations. This action aligns published policy with current legal interpretations, clarifying that the Office of Administration is not an agency under the Freedom of Information Act or the Privacy Act of 1974. The rule is effective March 17, 2015.
