NIDILRR Final Rule Amendments

The Administration for Community Living (ACL) has issued a final rule amending regulations for the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR). These minor amendments update peer review criteria to better evaluate outreach to underserved communities and emphasize engineering knowledge in RERC programs.

Proposed Rule on Adult Protective Services Functions and Grant Programs

The Administration for Community Living (ACL) has proposed a new rule to add a subpart related to Adult Protective Services (APS) under the Older Americans Act. This action aims to modify existing regulations concerning APS functions and grant programs administered by HHS.
