Broadcast Music, Inc. v. North American Concert Promoters Association - Antitrust

The court found the Connecticut Fair Housing Center lacked standing and that CoreLogic did not cause housing denials based on criminal history, but affirmed a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
