Abstract

Providing non-medical clinical and social in-home and in-center, namely, a commercial building for providing personal care services, namely, providing non-medical personal care services for assisting with daily living activities and providing case management services in the nature of coordinating legal, medical, physical, social, personal care, and psychological services, all for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, namely, autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, epilepsy, cognitive disabilities; providing non-medical in-home and in-center, namely, a commercial building for providing personal care services for assisting with daily living activities of predominantly individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and others who need non-medical home care, namely, children and older individuals
