Cannabis concentrates, namely, live rosins in the nature of flavorings, other than essential oils, for use in oral vaporizers for smokers; oral vaporizers sold empty for smoking cannabis concentrates, namely, live rosins in the nature of flavorings, other than essential oils; oral vaporizer cartridges for smoking sold filled with cannabis concentrates for electronic cigarettes, namely, live rosins in the nature of flavorings, other than essential oils; none of the foregoing containing or for use with cannabis with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
